The FUHSD Adult School serves a diverse population of Adult Learners. We offer classes in ESL, Citizenship, Adult Diploma and GED, Career Advancement, Community Interest and Our Bright Beginnings Preschool. Our ESL and Citizenship programs are free to students. Additionally we have free Adult Diploma and GED classes. Our Career Technical Education program includes a Python Certificate program and AWS; Amazon Web Services classes. We also have Medical Certificate programs including CNA; Certified Nursing Assistant, CHHA; Certified Home Health Aide and Medical Interpreting. Our Community Interest and Active Adult programs are classes that enhance personal growth. Our courses are in art, dance, foreign languages, exercise and many more. Bright Beginnings Preschool is a well loved Parent Participation program for children and their families. Our credentialed Teachers offer age appropriate activities focused on exploration and observation. Our Adult School is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. We are also a member of the North Santa Clara County Consortium (NSCCC), which collectively services adult learners throughout Silicon Valley.
