So, here's the deal.
You take big agency experience and cut the big agency overhead.
Replace the "My job is keeping my job" people with "I work for me, and I'm an effen demanding boss" people.
Recruit creative self-starters who consider most marketing messages annoying and endeavor to make sure anything they do is not.
Hire from the planet, not the neighborhood.
Unchain everyone from company desks and donate the time clock and factory whistle to the Smithsonian. (Dent has been work-from-wherever since 2012, not since COVID.)
Limit the agency to three clients at a time so the top dogs always get to work directly on client business (because they want to) and not administrative business, or chasing new business.
Eliminate the new business function. Devote all energy to current clients.
Then ride it like you stole it.
P.S. Dent does NOT a white-label agency. We do NOT subcontract your business to white-label providers so we can scale our business at the expense of personalized service. We scale when you scale.
