It all began with the Lord Mayor of Westminster’s desire to bring the centre of London to Life on New Year’s Day. Thus in 1987 London’s New Year’s Day Parade was born. Now firmly established as one of the greatest parades in the world and certainly one of London’s most significant annual events, LNYDP is the flagship of Destination Events amply demonstrating the Company’s exceptional talents as event organisers.
