The LeAD Labs brings together theory, research, and application of leadership evaluation, assessment, and development for the betterment of all leaders. We exist to help individuals from groups not traditionally represented in leadership roles develop as leaders for the betterment of society. We serve the everyday leaders with an emphasis on, women, minorities, LGBT individuals at all levels of for-profit, non-profit, and community organizations.
