Still Water is a private family foundation dedicated to the strengthening of communities through high-impact philanthropy. Founded in 1982, Still Water is based in Austin and primarily funds organizations in Texas focused on the arts, education, environmental conservation, social services, and spirituality. The Foundation is also proud to support the development of rural Texas through our signature portfolio of grants benefiting communities in the Permian Basin and Trans Pecos regions, and through statewide initiatives to increase access to rural broadband.
