Opening it's doors in 1992, Belle Reve has provided housing with supportive services to thousands of homeless individuals and families in the New Orleans area. Our original location in the Bywater serves clients who are infected or affected by AIDS or HIV-related infections. However, we expanded our services in 2013 with the opening of our Central City location, which provides 42 apartments for disabled adults as well as low-income working individuals.
