Founded in 1975, Western Regional Examining Board's (WREB) mission is to develop and administer competency assessments for state agencies that license dental professionals. WREB maintains our internal focus on providing the highest quality examinations and striving to be the leading administrator and best developer in this field while maintaining awareness of the demands of the testing community. Currently there are 40 States that accept WREB exams of which 21 are member States, 1 affiliate member State, and 19 non-member states. This nonprofit is an independent 501(c)6, membership organization with a full-time staff and 400 volunteers that work together to achieve their strategic goals and mission.
