RHG is a multi-site primary care medical group focused on expanding access to high-quality primary care in medically underserved areas and rural communities.  Through our professional partnerships with rural providers, we utilize leading technologies and innovative clinical practices to enhance care delivery and increase access. Today, RHG has a network of 13 clinics with nearly 50 providers across underserved and rural areas in Middle Tennessee and Western North Carolina. RHG was founded in 2022 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.
