The Elizabeth F. Gamble Garden is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our historic house and garden as an oasis of beauty and tranquility, providing a community resource for horticultural education, inspiration, and enjoyment.
The education garden consists of demonstration beds, vegetable beds, and a picnic area for classes and gatherings. The demonstration beds educate visitors on ornamental, drought tolerant plants--native and from around the world. Hands-on volunteers in our weekly “Roots and Shoots” program teaches 3rd graders at our neighboring elementary school how to grow, tend to and harvest vegetables from our beds.
This beautiful garden and historic home is available to rent for events of up to 50 guests. Gamble Garden is the ideal location for your wedding ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, baby shower, day-after-wedding brunch, anniversary event, and much more. Gamble Garden is also ideal for daytime business meetings and retreats.
