We are producers of die castings for more than fifty years. Since 1960 we manage the production and control processes of our components within the company. We produce die-cast components in aluminum and zamak alloys. Our core business is represented from the analysis of design, production and optimization of die-cast parts for the automotive, electronics and electromechanical, Hi-Fi and household appliances, furniture, mechanics. To date, thanks to the experience gained and the continuous technological evolution of our machinery, we are able to offer our customers a high quality production and a co-designing service: from the analysis and optimization of the project to the die-casting and control quality, we follow the multiple stages of product realization. Our working method provides for specific production and control phases, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification to which we adhere. The die-casting department, equipped with maximum automation and control, plays a primary role in the optimization of technical and economic requirements, and is flanked by the control department for dimensional verification, pressure tightness and mechanical resistance. High productivity machines and multi-axis CNC machines take care of the processing phases.
