The two classes we specialize in is our very own Yoga Belly and YBX. Yoga Belly is our "core-centric" class where we focus on isolation and work primarily with key core muscles also known as the three classic yoga bandhas: mula, uddiyana, and jalandhara bandhas. This dynamic core class also includes foundations of flow (breathing through movement) in a heated room to loosen up your muscles. YBX fuses traditional styles of yoga with other forms of physical training. We normally heat the room to loosen up muscles quickly and to detoxify the body. Our classes may be intense and challenging but the results will rock your world!
