Leading Learning, Sharing Success Totton College is located five miles outside of Southampton in the New Forest area of Hampshire and provides educational opportunities for young people aged 16-19 and adults. We offer a range of BTECs, Diplomas, NVQs and Apprenticeships as well as a wide programme of course enhancements including international trips and work placements. Our facilities include our Sports Academy, modern, working hair and beauty salon (Opus Salon), a motor vehicle unit, media suite, two Costa Coffee outlets as well as a spacious refectory area. A major upgrade to our facilities in recent years, with more developments on the way shows we are dedicated to creating an inspiring learning environment. Our apprenticeship schemes are highly regarded and are rising in popularity as an alternative choice to traditional study. We have excellent relationships with local businesses, and we currently have almost 200 apprentices in businesses this year. Our key areas of provision are within Health and Social Care, Accounting, Business Administration, Customer Service, Children's Care, Hairdressing, IT User and IT Practitioner, Vehicle Maintenance, Warehousing and Storage, though we have provided programmes for other sectors.
