Dialogue for Success offers executive and leadership coaching as well as leadership consultancy services. The company was established in 2017 by Lesley Dobree and most of the services are provided by her. Lesley is an experienced academic leader who has held top- level leadership roles in UK higher education. She is a qualified executive coach and works with a range of clients in leadership roles in education as well as in other sectors. Coaching is frequently provided on-line but can also be offered face-to face, depending on the client's preferences and location. Feedback from coaching clients is always excellent. Dialogue for Success works closely with other organisations including NCEE, contributing to leadership development programmes, coaching and consultancy.
