The AHCA was formed to provide an opportunity for Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Consultants, Industry, Industry Associations, Charities, Community members and Regulators to come together to support Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Consultants widen their knowledge and skills to project confidence and consistency through respectful dialogue. The association provides a conduit for regulators, industry and consultants to interact and share information and knowledge via presentations, case studies, training courses; discussion of member, industry and regulator concerns and distribution of new guidance materials. Together it is hoped that an increase in interaction will provide an opportunity to raise knowledge and skills, promote awareness of the industry and in general strengthen the confidence that clients and regulators have with the quality and consistency of consultancy advice and reporting.
