Nueria Properties MAE is a real estate development company based in Greece. The company owns office and retail properties leased to reputable companies such as Vodafone, Sklavenits and Jysk. Nueria Properties had also invested in Messiniaka Akinita SA, a company that owns retail properties leased to Praktiker (Kalamata) and Sklavenits (Katerini). In April 2021, the stake was sold to Premia Properties, a listed company in the Athens Stock Exchange.
