What do you really want? What's holding you back? What is your potential? We reach crossroads in life again and again, which call us to make a decision about the further direction of our life. Often we simply follow an inner urge to keep going without becoming aware of what we really want. Only when we start to pause and learn to follow our inner impulses can we actively shape our life according to our wishes. From the inner conviction to act sensibly and correctly for oneself is an enormous source of strength. We have made it our life task to support people in these transformation processes. The goal of transformation work is to learn to understand one’s own life; to learn to change what can be changed; to learn to order it so that the direction of the further path of life is fulfilling, inspiring and satisfying. The transformation work in the mentoring program is a development path of inner mindfulness, of emotional intelligence, which helps us to learn to love life.
