Created by an international team from Japan, Europe, and North America, the concept behind Sake Central is rooted in promoting the sake industry and Japanese culture on a global scale. IRUSU “to pretend not to be home when someone knocks at your door.” is a two-level Japanese-inspired cocktail lounge that truly embodies the spirit of Saigon alley culture. A hidden gem.
