Strategy – Branan’s original practice, with a focus on the power sector. Key services are corporate and business strategy, policy and regulation, investment strategy, growth, innovation and localisation. Operations – supports the execution of strategy by developing corporate governance systems, optimising organisation structures, improving business processes and introducing performance management systems. Legal – Branan Legal is a dedicated in-house legal team, providing services in the fields of corporate law and governance, corporate restructuring, M&A transactions, and venture capital/private equity.
