Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ECCIMA) is a non- profit, non-governmental organization which is the most representative business organization in Isfahan province of Iran.
According to the Law of The I.R. Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines, the scope of activity of a provincial chamber is limited to the boundaries as laid down in the law of the National Geographic Division, and each provincial chamber enjoys juridical personality and shall be independent in its financial and administrative affairs according to the respective regulations.
Foundation bases of "Businessmen Association" in Isfahan go back to over 100 years ago. This action was a valuable incentive to establish the "Chamber of Commerce" in 1931. By the collective efforts of Isfahan artisans "Chamber of Industry" was also formed, which was merged to "Chamber of Commerce" in 1970, and the "Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines" was formed. In 2012 the chamber changed to "Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture", referred to as "ECCIMA".
Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, was awarded as "The Best Local Chamber" (Big Chamber Category) by The Confederation of Asia – Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CACCI) in October 2012; in recognition of its outstanding achievement in promoting the industrial, commercial and social well-being of its community, and in supporting the chamber movement in the region.
