He Waka Tapu is a kaupapa Māori not-for-profit organisation, providing healthcare and social services support to whānau across the South Island.
We use our tikanga Māori and the values of Māori culture to help people identify what they really want out of life, working closely with our community, other service providers and government agencies to meet the needs of whānau.
Our core values are Manaakitanga, Whānaungatanga, Rangatiratanga and Whakākoako, which our Kaimahi aim to uphold in their mahi.
We provide the following programs:
