Working alongside the Early Careers Manager, I actively collaborate to offer a comprehensive suite of developmental opportunities for their Early Years cohorts including Interns, Apprentices, and Graduates . This includes delivering engaging and inspirational talks that motivate and guide these individuals as they embark on their professional journeys. Additionally, I facilitate a variety of workshops aimed at honing their skills and nurturing their potential.
Moreover, I play a key role in organising team away days, providing a platform for teams to bond with their peers and gain valuable insights into teamwork and collaboration. Furthermore, I offer personalised career coaching sessions, assisting them in navigating their career paths and setting achievable goals.
Operational Support
As an experienced COO, I've guided companies through every stage of their journey, from inception to exit, working across the entire business lifecycle. I support founders in scaling and enhancing their operational processes, teams, and technology to drive efficiency and foster organisational growth. With a successful track record of raising over £10 million in funding and taking full ownership of the due diligence process throughout, I am a vital member of senior leadership teams, contributing to the crafting and execution of company strategies.
Schools
In 2023, I engaged with over 6000 students, delivering talks and workshops on a range of topics including confidence, mindset, and leveraging diversity as a superpower. Through these sessions, I aimed to empower students to embrace their uniqueness and recognise it as a strength. By sharing personal insights and practical strategies of my swim across The English Channel. I encouraged students to cultivate confidence, resilience, and an unshakable mindset. The goal was to inspire them to confidently pursue their goals, knowing that they have everything they need within them
