The Pleasanton Partnerships in Education Foundation (PPIE) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization (Fed ID #94-3046738) dedicated to supporting ALL schools, ALL teachers and ALL students in the Pleasanton Unified School District. For 30 years, PPIE has worked to enhance education throughout through a partnership of business, education and community. PPIE supports critical school staff that have been threatened by state budget cuts, including:
* Library Assistants - to keep libraries open
* Site Tech Specialists - to make technology accessible for teachers and students
* Counselors - to advise students and guide them for the future
* Intervention Teachers - to help students in need in Math and English
* Instructional Coaches - to enable teachers to use cutting edge tools and techniques in Tech, Math and English
* New class sections to enable class size reduction
PPIE proactively raises funds from:
· School families who donate to our annual Giving Fund; over 70% of our funding comes from our wonderful families
