JKL is a commercial building firm started in June of 2003. We have experienced steady growth since that time due to our past relationships and competent staff. Our concentration within the industry is healthcare construction. In addition to our healthcare clients, we have contractual relationships with highly technical companies. We pursue complex projects and employ engineers and construction experienced people who thrive on the challenges offered by these types of projects. We contract as design/builders, general contractors, construction managers, and owner's representatives. Our staff has constructed some of the largest project in the San Francisco Bay Area. This knowledge and experience allows us to provide a higher level of services from that offered by other small companies. It also gives us an edge over large firms who have higher overhead costs.
