Experiential nutrition education. Cornucopia Project plants seeds for a lifetime of healthy eating through garden kitchen and farm education. We strive for a resilient community that celebrates hands on learning, environmental sustainability, and community resilience. Our programs serve people from preschool through adult. We currently manage nine elementary school gardens and a micro farm on 2.14 acres located across from our local high school and one middle school. Cornucopia Project has provided nutrition education from farm to fork since 2005. We are a nonprofit organization located in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire, USA.
