Futren Hospitality is a provider of real solutions for the development, operation and management of private clubs. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Club Services Inc., Futren Hospitality also offers video-based club service training and experienced consultation in the development and operation of all types of private clubs. Founded in 1971, Futren Hospitality was primarily a real estate development firm, with residential apartments and housing developments in the Southeast United States.
In 1978, the direction of the company changed from real estate to clubs, with the purchase of Indian Hills Country Club, a 27-hole golf and tennis club in East Cobb County, Marietta, Georgia.
In 1983, The Georgian Club, a private fine dining city club, opened atop the Galleria 100 Building in The Galleria, in northwest Atlanta.
In 2012, Woodland Hills Golf club was reopened after a period of vacancy. The old “Royal Oaks Golf Club” is once again vibrant and thriving in Cartersville, Georgia.
Most recently, Futren acquired The Orchard Golf & Country Club in Clarkesville, Georgia. This tranquil setting in the Northeast Georgia mountains was a great addition to the company’s portfolio.
Other projects that Futren has been proud to be a part of are The Ashford Club, Brookstone Golf & Country Club, World Trade Center Atlanta, and The 1818 Club.
Futren Hospitality maintains a reputation for excellence through its people, planning, professional implementation, management, and attention to detail. It has never been Futren's goal to be the largest of club developers - only the best.
