Fit Mind Cleveland was opened in September 2010 in Rocky River. The partners of Fit Mind Cleveland are Sarah Della Vella, LISW and Abbey Samide, PCC-S. Sarah and Abbey each have over 10 years experience in providing individual, group, family, and couples therapy, in addition to life coaching services. They serve all ages and take most insurance. They work with the full spectrum of mental health issues, from simple adjustment/grief/anxiety to serious mental health issues including personality and mood disorders.
