Supporting people's health from head to toe... Every year, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) provides care and treatment for more than 100,000 people who need their services for mental health and long-term physical health conditions. With your support, Head to Toe can help our amazing NHS staff to provide even better care and treatment, while raising public understanding of the challenges experienced by the people that CPFT serve. Every penny you give will enhance the services that CPFT provides and support people of all ages receiving mental health, community and social care across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Just a few examples of how our funding support local people include: - a kung fu and family support group for children and their families who are affected by brain injury, helping the to manage new daily challenges. - a garden mural project for older adults with severe mental health conditions, to provide therapeutic activity and improve their environment. - a photography course to enhance well-being and inspire hope and recovery for people with mental health conditions.
