It is recognised that women are under-represented in the science and technology based careers that will drive the industries of tomorrow and shape all our futures. Statistics across the European Union suggest that while numbers are growing, we still have more to do to increase the percentage of technical positions being filled by women. CWIT Objective is to Attract, Retain, Inspire and Empower women in the Technology Industry. Representatives from member companies collaborate on a voluntary basis to deliver programs that deliver against these objectives.
