Zephyr Point has welcomed groups across the world to enjoy our Presbyterian Conference Center. Nestled in the Sierra Nevada, on a half-mile of Lake Tahoe shoreline, Zephyr Point provides reasonably priced cabins year round. Since 1924 this Presbyterian Conference Center has provided rest, rejuvenation and recreation for thousands. As we come upon our 100th year anniversary, we look back at the times when guests camped in tents on a rugged lakeside, Zephyr Point has grown into one of the leading cross-cultural and ecumenical Christian Centers in the nation. Zephyr Point accepts guests of all religions, ethnicity, and sexuality, and we take pride in providing a safe space for all groups to enjoy. A recent guest, a journalist from the Chicago Tribune wrote that Zephyr Point is “a haven where God’s presence seems to reach out from the snowy mountains and the deep blue lake to drape the world-weary visitors in a profound peace.”
