EPF is a network of members of parliaments from across Europe who are committed to protecting the reproductive health and rights of the world’s most vulnerable people, both at home and overseas. Our goal is for women to have the right to decide upon the number of children they wish to have, and never to be denied the education or other means to achieve this that they are entitled to by law.
To educate and inform MPs about the importance of supporting reproductive health and rights in their domestic and overseas policies EPF organizes the following activities:
- Field visits to relevant projects in developing countries for MPs and their assistants
- Support for parliamentary activities focusing on sexual and reproductive health and rights
- Conferences on key topics for MPs and other relevant stakeholders
- Training to develop understanding and expertise in sexual and reproductive health issues
