Protocall was founded as an independent call center company in 2007 having a vision of not only „making calls”, but offering effective solutions (to establish more channels for our customers, or to manage the complete business process) that result in significant business performance. So by 2009 we have developed into a contact center offering complex services. This has been proved to be very successful ever since then. We are proud of receiving several professional awards (eg.: Outstanding Call Center of the Year in 2010, 2011 and 2012 in the outsource telemarketing category) and mostly to be one of the most efficient and most progressively growing company of the Hungarian market. As a result of this we have achieved nearly 1 billion HUF turnover in 2014, our professionals handled above 5 million customer contacts through our more than 400 workstations.
