Now a multi-million dollar business, Colony Tire started out in 1976 with just two gasoline pumps in Rodanthe, NC. Later that year a small oil company in Edenton was purchased. In 1979, Colony purchased a small oil company in Roper, NC and became a Farm Bureau tire dealer there. We began selling Goodyear tires in 1980. Today, Colony Tire is one of the leading tire distributors in North America. Nearly 900 associates operate 225 vehicles and 35 locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee.
