Water & Energy Management Systems Water, Energy, Land WEL has developed a water and energy management program, and we are working with other organizations to provide the tangible cost saving and environmentally impactful services. In addition to developing customizable software for water & energy management, we are in the process of engineering water reclamation vessels, filtration systems, and green roofs for large scale projects, facilities (small & large), plants, and government agencies.
