NWA Corp, through its subsidiary, MLT, Inc. develops and markets Worry-Free Vacations that include air transportation, hotel accommodations, and car rentals; and markets and supports Northwest's WorldVacations travel packages to destinations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. The company was founded in 1926 and is based in Eagan, Minnesota. As of October 29, 2008, Northwest Airlines Corp. operates as a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines Inc.
