Lesley Heller Workspace highlights the work of emerging and underrepresented, mid- and late career artists through a program of concurrent solo and curated exhibitions in two separate spaces within the gallery. The gallery acts as a forum for exploring the fundamental ideas, issues and concerns in contemporary art and as a launching point for these artists and their ideas. We seek to create a vibrant cross-generational dialogue about art and culture among collectors, curators, artists, and critics. To facilitate the exploration of these ideas and to further engage the art viewing public, the gallery hosts public openings, artist talks, poetry readings and other events.
