This year TheaterWorks dramatically advanced this vision, unveiling a new cultural landmark for our community: “City Arts on Pearl”–a stunning restoration and re-branding of 233 Pearl Street, the architectural gem in Downtown Hartford that we own and cherish. TheaterWorks’ “City Arts on Pearl” has become a new cultural epicenter, now housing the single largest concentration of non-profit arts organizations in the State of Connecticut.
