The company was incorporated on 19 June 1992 with a paid-up capital of RM16 million and an authorised capital of RM20 million ringgit. It commenced operations on 15 May 1993. It is located at the Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park in Shah Alam, Selangor and covers some 11.76 acres. Determined to be the logistic base company that engages in sourcing, warehousing and distributing of Proton genuine parts for PROTON's market in domestic as well as overseas.
