Zero Stray Pawject is an innovative organization with a public health and animal welfare angle that designs, executes, and measures stray animal prevention programs to solve the root-cause of stray dogs and cats that pose a public health and safety risk in communities with a large number of strays.
Zero Stray Pawject is a small and growing NGO registered as a 501(c)3 US non-profit and German e.V. non-profit organization across the US, Germany, and Greece with a team of public health, law, veterinary, animal welfare and business management experts across three continents. We closely work with municipalities, it’s mayors and directors of public health, law enforcement, local veterinarians, and schoolmasters. We design and execute municipal stray prevention programs that reduce the "production" of stray pets and at the same time drive societal change that is long term orientated. We ensure to have clear KPIs in place to measure success.
"ZSP’s mission is to solve the problem of strays by intervening BEFORE a pet ends up surrendered or stray.
