Over the last year DownTime LLC has evolve from a hybrid IT support / Entertainment resource into a more traditional Information systems support organization. Presently we are providing end user support for residential customers and small to medium size businesses. Specifically we are focusing on organizations that require occasional IT support, but do not have the resources to employ a full time staff person. Based on our skill sets we are able to offer a more generalized approach to IT support by having the knowledge necessary to address a wide range of IT needs ranging from physical network design-to providing multi-site solutions for integrated computing.
