The William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review is an established law journal dedicated to the discussion of compelling issues in environmental law and policy. As a student-run publication, ELPR provides legal scholars, practitioners, and the William & Mary community the opportunity to analyze environmental law and policy through rigorous legal and academic research, writing, editing. ELPR has been recognized previously as the second-ranked energy law journal and sixth-ranked environmental, natural resource, and land use law journals in the nation.
