NeuVisium Foundation (NVF) is a patient-founded, patient-focused, and patient-driven foundation. We are devoted exclusively to helping patients manage critical treatments when transitioning from hospitals to outpatient care.
NVF has benchmarked real patients and caregivers on their experiences during this transition and are building a first-of-its-kind program to establish a patient “standard of care”.
Using the three tenants of awareness, advocacy, and specialized platforms, NVF will focus on projects that will impact patient’s lives NOW.
NVF was established in 2017, after the founder successfully survived two grueling rounds of induction therapy and bone marrow transplants as a Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) / Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patient. The foundation is a 501c(3) non-profit organization.
