The Digital+Sustainable Innovation Lab (DSIL) at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, is an exciting and dynamic new initiative that seeks to create and promote innovative business solutions to problems related to digital transformation and sustainability. The lab brings together experts across disciplines to share their knowledge and research, and to develop creative solutions to the problems of today and tomorrow. It also provides students with a chance to explore new ways of doing business, gain hands-on research experience, and develop their skills. With its focus on sustainability, the lab is a great place to learn and grow while helping to make the world a better place.
The research team actively publishes in the best peer-reviewed academic journal papers and participates regularly in European research projects, funded by Horizon 2020, AAL or FCT.
As outreach activities, DSIL has been organizing various international meetings (e.g. the 2020 GRONEN Conference or the 2018 Business Model Innovation Workshop with Grundfos), and launched the Business Modelling Platform Venturely.io in 2019. In addition, the lab collaborates with 50+ companies across Europe.
DSIL was founded by René Bohnsack, PhD, Professor for Strategy and Innovation at CATÓLICA LISBON.
