Volunteering Auckland has over 200 community/voluntary organisations registered as members who are looking for volunteers to enhance their services across the greater Auckland region. Volunteering Auckland assists these community organisations in the recruitment, retention and recognition of their volunteers through professional development opportunities, consultancy, information, and resources on volunteering and volunteer management. We refer individual volunteers to voluntary positions that are registered with us. We match the individual’s needs and skills to the skills and time requirements of a community group so that both the volunteer and the community are winners! We also facilitate teams of corporate staff to community projects through our Employee Volunteering Programme.
