Located in historic McKinney, Texas, the Cotton Mill was one of the original cotton mills in 1910 that later evolved into the largest denim manufacturer in the United States. The original character of the property has been preserved throughout three event spaces and several leased offices. Each space has an elegant, yet rustic and industrial charm. Keeping the unique features of the original Cotton Mill, the owners have developed one-of-a kind office space that contains hardwood floors, high ceilings, and loads of natural light. We continue to develop the property everyday, ensuring to maintain the quality aspects of this historical gem of a property. The McKinney Cotton Mill’s unique and historic venue acts as a “blank canvas” for weddings, parties, and corporate events. The Event Hall is 9000 square feet and can accommodate from 75-400 guests. The venue have maple flooring, a gorgeous hidden garden that overlooks the entire space, as well as a spacious bridal suite/green room. The Grand Hallway, with its’ gallery feel is ideal for ceremony and cocktail events. The outdoor Dye Room is a stunning space that includes a lush garden complete with waterfall - a perfect setting for outdoor events.
