Recruit Holdings changed from a company system to a managing affiliated company in October of 2012. Since then, it has opened up approximately 1000 bases in 28 countries/regions worldwide, and functions as the headquarters of the entire Recruit Group, with approximately 28 thousand staff. It is responsible for group-wide medium and long term strategy decision-making, and making progress towards globalization, as well as conducting R&D for breaking ground on and developing cutting-edge business technology, and strengthening the entire groups organization foundations in terms of next-gen leadership development and so on.
