The Company was founded in 2010 by television/film producer Charlie Ebersol and Mike Lanigan. The Company creates, packages and produces groundbreaking programming in the unscripted, scripted, multi-camera comedy, docu-series, and competition formats. The Company’s programming slate spans a dynamic range of leading broadcast and cable networks, and includes major partnerships with top-tier entertainment brands. The Company was founded with Lanco, which includes Mi-Jack Products – a diverse group of companies specializing in many disciplines ranging from heavy equipment manufacturing to sales and service, facility operations to event promotions, and integrated technologies to equipment distribution. Mi-Jack Products diversified into international businesses in 1998 when they began a joint venture to rebuild and operate The New Panama Canal Railroad. The revitalization project created a link between the Pacific and Atlantic ports, as well as improved commuter and luxury passenger train travel. In 2010, Mi-Jack co-owner Mike Lanigan joined one of Indy car racing’s most notable organizations with David Letterman known as Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. The team has been hugely successful with numerous Indy Car victories. The Company is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
