Lakefield Care is a boutique NDIS Service Provider currently serving SE QLD, Ipswich & Toowoomba.
We see you as the unique individual you are, you will never be just a number with Lakefield Care.
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
Lakefield Care provides a tailor-made approach. As a client, the power truly lies with you. We offer a complimentary meet and greet with a proposed Support Worker. You personally choose your preferred individual/team that you would like to support you on an ongoing basis.
The nature of support work means that there absolutely has to be trust, often familiarity, and friendliness between the participant and each member of their support team. Coming in to a participant’s home means that the participant has to retain complete control: we encourage frank discussions between the Case Manager and their client and we will never question any request by the participant for a change of staff.
We truly understand that our clients are not defined by their disability but by their personality. Our team of experienced Support Workers are individually complemented with every client. Our aim is to create a harmonious working relationship that will last. We provide consistency, warmth and rapport (with many of our clients and their families viewing us as an extension of their family) but with the professionalism you would expect from an experienced Support Worker. Our team truly understand what makes a great Carer stand out from the rest.
We aim to satisfy your individual desires: you fancy going fishing? We’ll endeavour to find a worker with a boat licence and experience in fishing. You like playing golf? We’ll look for a golfer who can look after you.
Lakefield Care are blessed to have a range of tertiary educated experienced Support Workers who also have years of experience in hands-on support work. We have a stringent recruitment process, one that recognises the value of both formal and informal experiences.
