Cancer Support Suffolk was registered in 1998, created to build the John Le Vay Cancer Information and Support Centre, based in the grounds of Ipswich Hospital. The charity went on to deliver counselling sessions to cancer patients from 2004 and has done ever since. Developing with the need of the community, delivering counselling, complementary therapy sessions, such as reflexology and reiki, supporting the residents in Suffolk with cancer awareness, and beauty workshops, focusing on skincare and make up.
