CFS Care provides a range of services including: Supported accommodation for 16+ vulnerable young people and care leavers. Full support packages are available and all come with both targeted outcomes and an unequivocal focus placed upon safeguarding and welfare. Our accommodation is staffed during the day and night, with the potential for additional specialist arrangements based upon the safety, needs and presentation of young people. Staff are carefully selected to provide purposeful support that will enable young people to move into independence with key life skills, encompassing matters such as personal safety, education employment and training, banking and personal finance management, housing matters, tenancy sustainability, household management and many, many other core issues for young people. Fostering Services. In addition, CFS Care operates a Fostering Service delivering supportive and child-focused services that will ensure the longevity of positive, safe relationships, including effective and meaningful care. We are a community of highly-experienced professionals who are passionate about improving the life-chances of children and young people. We are committed to working with foster carers to provide them with the support they need to ensure that children and young people have every opportunity to thrive in a loving, caring environment. Quality and Compliance Services. Full range of compliance services for regulated providers of children’s social care and education. We have a wealth of expertise that is applied to helping providers’ remain fully compliant. The policies and procedures we have developed and maintain have received excellent feedback from Ofsted, with providers acknowledging that our services have contributed to judgements of ‘Outstanding.’ Services include a highly effective Regulation 44 service that is both detailed and robust. Consultancy services. Consultancy services to those experiencing difficulties with achieving regulatory compliance, whether in education or residential care. Our leadership team have a proven track record of transforming services and provisions out of difficulty and into excellence. Family support services. Our central Hub in Bolton, provides bespoke and targeted support to families experiencing difficulties due to a range of complex needs. We offer evidence-based assessment and intervention services that are solution-focused and built upon the strengths and needs of all individuals. Our services include an immediate response service for families in crisis, with a full commitment to partnership working. The Hub offers intervention and respite services that aim to help parents cope and counter placement breakdowns for those children and young people in care. Floating support is available and we are fully flexible in how that is delivered, whatever the time or day of the week. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to achieve and sustain a positive future.
