The UCSD Student Financial Investment Committee (SFIC) is a student-run organization managing a $1.5 million endowment fund dedicated to supporting UC San Diego students through scholarships. Our mission is to provide hands-on investment experience to students while making a tangible impact on our campus community. Through active portfolio management, rigorous financial analysis, and a commitment to responsible investing, SFIC members gain practical skills in asset management, equity research, and strategic decision-making. The returns generated from our investments directly fund scholarships, enabling more students to pursue their educational goals.
